I'm an average 17 year old girl.
My weightloss/fitness journey started in January 2011 when I lost 10kg from running every day but I became obsessed, starting not eating and throwing up. Long story short, after a wake up call I threw it all away completely. I only gained 4kg but I wasn't toned.
This is my journey to tone up and lose a few kilos without becoming unhealthy and obsessed this time.
